I am from out of the United States, married for 38 years to a person acting out sexually since the beginning of our marriage, but me, being codependent, never recognized it. I know the 12 Steps programs through Al-Anon and AA since I am also a recovering alcoholic.
I like to have an email contact with your group and with other people in my position. And maybe I can start a program down in my country also.

Hello, I too have no meetings in my area but I am DESPERATE for immediate help!! My husband is a sex addict and right now we are separated and filing for divorce (not my choice AT ALL!). We were together for 8 years, married for 4 years today and have 2 children together. He currently is not residing with us any more, he decided that’s what was best. He says he married me for the sex but I know that isn’t true, he just wants nothing to do with me at all. I tried reaching out to help but he pushes me away, one benefit I do have in all this though, he does know he has a problem and he admits he is an addict. I could use any and all help and advice I could get since there isn’t anything in my area for this, plus I have no one to talk to about this issue.

Hi my name is Nicole and im a wife of a sex addict but we have 5 children and im a stay at home mom and well i was raped,sexually molested and abused from 5-18 yrs of age and so maybe its not him maybe its me or its just the both of us i dont know but i really need someone to talk to at least about this cause this is causeing some major problems now and im worried he might leave me and then i have noone and no job to take care of our 5 children…my best friend just passed away in august of last year so i just feel like i have absoulutly noone so if anyone wants to at least listen to what i have to say great if anyone wants to talk to me about there problems and have like an email pen pal type thing going then great well anyone anyone feel free to email and talk with me my email address is eadc10@gmail.com

I have been married to a sex and love/relationship addict for 40 years. He has been trying to recover for over 3 years. But while he has been not sexually active, he has continued the abuse and lying toward me and has been lying to his therapists. (denial of how bad he really is?) . Just moved to Delaware and he is again trying to commit to the process and to me. I had been in therapy for the last 2 years. But I need to find a new therapist here in DE and I think a support group would also be helpful to me. I only find groups in Philadelphia and that area and I cannot do that distance driving particularly at night. I need help in getting help for ME.
